Return & Refund Policy

At Common Cloths, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we're here to help.


1. Eligibility We accept returns, exchanges, and refund requests within 72 hours of delivery. To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags must be intact and attached
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items purchased during special sales or marked as final sale

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order through our website or store communication channels. Provide your order details and reason for return, and our team will guide you through the process.


4. Refunds Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable in cases of returns.
  • In case an order is returned to origin (RTO) due to cancellation via OTP, refusal of delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting the logistics charges incurred for both forward and reverse shipping.

5. Exchanges If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • flat fee of ₹100 per product will be charged for exchanges and returns.
  • Pick-up for exchange will be attempted twice. If the courier is still unable to pick up the shipment after two attempts, you will be required to send the shipment back to our company address.
  • Reverse pickup is subject to the availability of the service in your area's pincode.
  • Once a product is exchanged and delivered, no further actions such as refund or exchange will be applicable on that order.

6. Return Shipping Return shipping details will be communicated at the time of your return request. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return of the item.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


8. Governing Law This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Tamil Nadu, India.
